E. Noir has a polished yet modern vibe. Think: effortless luxury. We want you to feel comfortable but still look professional and put-together.

Avoid Wearing:
❌ Ripped jeans or leggings
❌ Crop tops or low-cut shirts
❌ Open-toed shoes
❌ Hoodies or overly casual loungewear

Dress Code Reminders:
✅ Professional all-black or neutral attire
✅ Comfortable but clean shoes (you’ll be on your feet!)
✅ Simple accessories or minimal makeup (if wearing)
✅ Hair styled as if you're ready to take guests

What to Bring

You’ll be with us for about 4–6 hours, so come prepared to feel like you're getting a true behind-the-scenes experience.

 

Here’s what to bring:

  • Your favorite drink or snack (we don’t mind a little mid-day fuel!)

  • A notebook and pen, if you like taking notes

  • And most importantly… your QUESTIONS!

Seriously, ask anything, this is your time to learn, explore, and get a feel for what it’s like to work in a salon that truly values its people.

What to Expect

Your Shadow Day will be about 4–6 hours, and here’s what the day will look like:

  • Salon tour with Ebonie

  • Watch how we set up for our day and for our guests

  • Observe appointments and help as needed

  • Learn about guest experience and extensions with Ginger

  • End the day by shampooing, blow drying, and styling Ebonie

  • Casual chat to reflect on the day and answer questions
