Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive everything you need to feel confident before your appointment, directions, parking info, and a personalized welcome messages. No guesswork, no stress.
The Consultation
We’ll take time to talk about your hair history, what’s working, and what you want to change. Whether it’s color, extensions, or both, we’ll create a customized plan that fits your hair goals and your lifestyle.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please note that we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

New Guests: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total on the day of service but becomes non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.

Existing Guests: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged a 50% service fee.
