How do I book an appointment?

If you are interested in NBR extensions with Ebonie there is an application that must be filled out first. Once you've filled that out we will be in contact with you for a consultation where Ebonie will go over everything including estimated price and available appointments. How much do extensions cost?


Pricing is dependent on your hair, the color and length you are looking for and how much hair we need to use to give you what you want. We can't give you an exact price upfront but cost is going to be somewhere between $1,500- $3,000 for the inital appointment. In order to give you an exact price you need to fill out the NBR application. Once you've filled that out we will contact you for a consultation where we go over pricing.




Are masks required?


Yes masks are required for all staff and guests regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask with you we will provide one for you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.




What are your cancellation and late policies?


Our goal is to give our clients excellent customer service and keep the reservation of their preferred time a priority. We of course understand, respect and make allowances for emergencies. We provide a 48 and 24 hour reminder email and text. If you have an appointment with us, and need to cancel or reschedule it, we ask for 48 hours notice. This allows us time to accommodate other guests waiting to come in for their hair experience. If you cancel or reschedule without a 48 hour notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service price. The payment will be due before you can reschedule your appointment. All new clients booking any of our services will be required to put a deposit down before your appointment can be accepted. This deposit will go towards the price of your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule our appointment for a later date. This is considered a cancellation and a fee of 50% of your service will be required before you are able to rebook your service.




Can I bring my children/friend with me to my appointment?


Our salon is a quiet and relaxed environment and your appointment with us is one-on-one only. It can become distracting when friends and children are with you. We ask that you come alone to your appointment. If you bring children or guests to your appointment we will have to reschedule you for a day when you can come alone. This is considered a late cancellation and a fee of 50% of your service will be due before that appointment can be booked. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.





We are an appointment only specialty salon and do not take walk-ins or make same day appointments. 

Our stylists are usually booked out 3-4 (or more) weeks in advance.
