What to Expect at Your First Appointment
(and What You Can Stop Worrying About)

Your appointment is coming up soon, and I want you to feel calm, clear, and cared for when you walk through the door.

Meeting a new stylist—and trying a new service—can bring up all kinds of thoughts:
Will they listen to what I want? Will it take forever? Will I be surprised by the price?


Totally normal. And I’ve got you.

Let me walk you through the most common questions new guests have (and how I’ve designed your experience to answer them before you even have to ask):

Where’s the salon?

​

You’ll find us at 4408 Menaul Blvd NE, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
We’re in the Hill Shopping Center, right next to Metro PCS.

Where should I park?

​

There’s a private parking lot with lots of space.

​

You’re welcome to park in any open spot—especially the three spaces directly in front of the salon.

How do I know I’ll love my hair?

​

You’ve already taken the biggest step by coming in for your consultation—and that time we spent together gave us a strong foundation for a successful result. We created a plan that reflects your goals, your lifestyle, and the kind of transformation you're excited about.

​

When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll still do a quick check-in to make sure nothing’s changed—whether that’s with your hair, your vision, or how you’re feeling. My priority is making sure we’re on the same page and that you feel completely confident before we get started.

​

You’re not just investing in hair—you’re investing in a result that feels like you. And I’m here to make sure it’s everything you hoped it would be.

How long will my appointment take?

Here’s a quick breakdown to help you plan your time:

I always begin and end appointments on time so you can count on a smooth day.

Will I know the price ahead of time?

​

Yes—you already do! During your consultation, we went over your personalized quote in detail and you received a copy for reference. Most of the time, everything goes exactly as planned.

​

That said, we’ll do a quick check-in at the start of your appointment to make sure you’re still feeling good about the plan. If you’ve changed your mind about anything or decide to go in a slightly different direction, I’ll walk you through any updates to your investment before we begin—so you’ll never be caught off guard.

What if I’m not happy with my hair?

​

Let’s be real—this is the fear most guests carry. But here’s the good news:
We’ll be in communication before, during, and after your appointment. I’ll check in with you throughout to make sure we’re on the same page and that you feel great.

 

You won’t leave the salon until we’re both confident in the results.
