To our Current and Future Clients of the Salon,
We have implemented new policies regarding children and guests
and their presence in the salon.
We write this notice without the intent of offending, and hope that you will aid us in
keeping our salon a safe environment.
Your appointment with Oooh Girl is one-on-one ONLY
and can become distracting
when friends and children are with you.
Only children receiving a service will be permitted in the salon.
Children with appointments must be able to sit still so the stylist can perform a quality service.
Parents must stay on the premises with their child
throughout the entirety of the service.
Parents who are receiving services on the same day
as their child must be able to supervise
their child the entire time
as we can not provide child care.
Bringing children who are not receiving services with you will result in the
cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price.
Only those receiving services will be allowed in the service area.
Others accompanying you will be asked to wait in
the provided seating area.

Oooh Girl Salon
If you cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service price. The payment will be due before you can reschedule your appointment. All new clients booking any of our color services will be required to put a deposit down before your appointment can be accepted. This deposit will go towards the price off your service.
Our goal is to give our clients excellent customer service and keep the reservation of their preferred time a priority. We of course understand, respect and make allowances for emergencies. We provide a 48 and 24 hour reminder email and text. If you have an appointment with us, and need to cancel or reschedule it, we ask for 48 hours notice. This allows us time to accommodate other guests waiting to come in for their hair experience.
